The Conference on Good Economy is a unique event in Croatia and the region dedicated to the Social and Solidarity Economy. Every year it brings together activists and individuals who create and live different forms of alternative economy, build models of Good Economy, support and strengthen local communities and societies through their work, and manage entrepreneurial and economic processes in a sustainable and solidary, ethical and socially beneficial way.
The Conference on Good Economy is held once a year, the focus of each edition are real inspirational stories and existing models of good practice from Croatia and the world. We are talking about ethical banks and local currencies, cooperatives and social enterprises, initiators of positive projects that help the most vulnerable ones in society, greater participation of citizens and participation in processes important to them, and the struggle for the common good. At Conferences on Good Economy, we can always hear practical stories and examples that can inspire us and encourage us to take action. The conference itself is of an international character, and guests, speakers and workshop trainers come from EU countries and beyond.
